How it works

You give it the brief. It drafts. You check it and refine it.

1
The brief
Set up your project once - name, address, value - and every tool reads it, so you never type it twice. Then give it the brief: scope of work, restrictions, finishes and anything else you know. The more you give it, the better the draft.
2
The draft
AI drafts a sequenced programme, a RAMS, a claim or another document, in the right contract language.
3
The check
Yours. Read it, change anything, then export it to Word, Excel, PDF or XML.
Your first hour
  1. 1Start your trial - card required, not charged until day 15, US$5 of AI usage included.
  2. 2Set up your project once, or start from a Cat A, Cat B, retail or data centre template.
  3. 3Generate your first programme, or use any of the other tools.
  4. 4Try a tool and save the document.
  5. 5Before day 15, connect your own Anthropic key - the in-app checklist takes you there.
We email you at least 7 days before your first charge.
Full project lifecycle

Built for the whole job, from invitation to tender through to the end of the defects period.

Most tools start when you mobilise. FitOut Insider starts when you're invited to tender - and stays with you until the defects period ends: the Rectification Period under JCT, running to the defects date under NEC4. Drag the timeline to explore each stage, or switch to see it by role.

The RIBA Plan of Work is procurement neutral. A main contractor is appointed anywhere from Stage 2 on a design and build or management route, to after Stage 4 on a traditional tender. Stage 5 begins when the contractor takes possession of the site.

You might be thinking...

“I already have Asta.”
Keep it. The platform exports your programme as an XML file that Asta Powerproject imports, so you carry on in the software you know. It saves the typing and the building of a programme from scratch: you import a ready-built programme with linked tasks, dates and durations, then edit it as you normally would.
“I do not trust AI to write a RAMS.”
Good. Do not trust it blindly. It builds the RAMS from your brief using CDM 2015, HASAWA and the other references included, so you start from a detailed, professional draft rather than a blank page. You then review it, adapt it and finalise it, and you stay the competent person.
“Is my project data safe?”
Here is how it is protected. Your project data is stored in the EU (Ireland), inside the platform only you and the people you invite can see it, and a Data Processing Agreement is included with every plan. Read our Privacy Policy and Security Policy for the detail.
“Is it built for how UK fit-out really runs?”
Yes. It is built around the contracts and regulations you work under - JCT, NEC4, CDM 2015 and the Building Safety Act 2022 - and every output is a draft for you to review.
“Do I need to be technical?”
No. You describe the job in plain English and fill in the forms. If you can write an email, you can use it.
“Can I edit what it produces?”
Yes. Everything is a draft you can change in the platform, then export to Word, Excel or PDF to finish in the software you already use.
“What if the AI gets it wrong?”
It can. That is why every output is a draft for you to review, and why you stay the competent person. Check it against your own knowledge, the contract and the site before you use it.
“Do I need an Anthropic account?”
Not to start: your 14-day trial includes US$5 of AI usage. Before the trial ends you connect your own Anthropic key, and the step-by-step guide is on the BYOK page.
“What does it cost?”
Billed annually, Solo is from £79 a month, Team £63 a seat and Business £55 a seat. Paid monthly they are £99, £79 and £69. Enterprise (20+ seats) is priced with you. Prices exclude VAT for businesses, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. See all plans.
